This explains what AXIS keeps about you, why, and what you can do about it. AXIS is run by Death Studios LTD, who is responsible for your data (the "controller"). Contact: [email protected].

We only keep what AXIS needs to work. We never ask where you live, we don't track your location, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising. There are no adverts or tracking cookies.
We may use chats, with names and personal details removed, to improve how AXIS talks. You can opt out by emailing us.
We use a few companies to run AXIS. They can only use your data to provide their service to us.
AXIS's replies are currently written by an AI model running on our own server, so your chats aren't sent to an AI company. If that changes, we'll name the provider here first.
Some of these companies are based in the USA. Transfers use the UK's approved safeguards.
AXIS's main database is on a server in the UK. We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, it's removed straight away, and from backups within 30 days. Security logs are kept for 30 days.

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. It's strictly necessary, so there's nothing to accept. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
AXIS is for people 16 and over. If you think someone under 16 has an account, tell us and we'll delete it.
